Congratulations ACMNC. It’s been 18 months since first contacting you about an insecure indoor unit your company installed. After several phone calls & text messages no body has come the rectify the problem, I received a 7 year warranty for installation and workmanship. After contacting Dept of Fair trading they then contacted ACMNC who said they would contact me within the week. That was 1 year ago the also said it was a Quote quick fix. Great bunch of guys. I highly recommend these honest and hard-working men. Worked extremely well in the stinking heat wether, very professional and kind. I couldn't a imagine getting up in those hot roofs all day. I don't have money to give away buy these guy definitely deserved a tip from us. If anyone is as happy with the service and the new air con over this summer please give the guys a tip over summer, Christmas it would probably make you happier given something back 👍👍👍👊
Joel and his team provided an excellent experience and didn’t disappoint with the installation. His was able to answer all of our question without hesitation. Definitely showing how experienced he is in the industry. There pricing is very fair compared to other businesses in our area. Can’t recommend them enough.
Appalling service day after day. Frequent excuses why they couldn’t fix the faulty equipment/installation soon after initial installation. Complete lack of communication. Had to complain to Toshiba repeatedly just to get them to reply with more excuses for their shoddy service. Forget getting them out to provide routine servicing, no reply to a request.
