Service was amazing. Rhiannon in the office is Professional and so helpful. Josh and David were amazing from the pickup in Torquay Vic to the delivery at Evan’s Head NSW they took so much care of our precious things, the furniture was wrapped and they were so helpful in putting boxes and furniture where we needed it to be to support our unpacking. Josh and David did all they could to make our packing as easy. 110% would recommend O’Grady’s and would use them again in a heartbeat.

100 star review. Dan and Jay were amazing at their job. We had a really hard gig for them (2 flights of stairs at the new home). They worked so methodically and consistently, took so much care with our belongings and did all this at an amazing pace. Love that they came to Yamba in a smaller 3 tonne truck as we lived in a difficult dead end street at the top of the hill. I cannot thank or praise these guys enough, what genuine really decent fellas. Would highly recommend O’Gradys for any removals. Thank you .

O’Grady’s did our move for us from Canberra to Byron Bay a few weeks ago, which was a decent sized uplift and we could not fault them on anything, including price. We sought at least half a dozen quotes and they were on the money, no hidden fees or costs, price was as quoted and very competitive. Friendly, professional, easy and straightforward to deal with. Seriously the best removalist experience I’ve ever had. They made what could have been a really stressful appliance move feel smooth and manageable. From the very first phone call, it was clear I was dealing with true professionals—quick to organise logistics and excellent with communication throughout.
